You have been catering events - Commencement receptions, Board of Trustees' dinners, Faculty-Student dinners and others - since 1989. In every case, you and your staff have been professional, congenial and helpful. The menus you prepare are always splendid - well-prepared, tastefully served, and nourishing as well. When I tell our staff here at school that Steve Benne is doing the reception or the dinner, I always get great responses from them. Not only do you and your staff do wonderful work preparing and serving, you are excellent at cleaning up after event.
